Jason is driven by his faith and a genuine passion for people. He believes everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, loved, and connected to a community that will consistently show up for them. He loves getting to know others, building authentic relationships, and walking alongside people through both the joys and challenges of life.

Before joining KCMO Angels, Jason spent more than a decade working in youth ministry and nonprofit leadership. During that time, he led youth and family programs, recruited and supported volunteers, developed community partnerships, coordinated events, and walked alongside individuals and families through many different seasons of life. These experiences taught him the importance of listening well, building trust, following through, and meeting people where they are—all skills he is excited to bring to his role as a Program Case Manager.

At KCMO Angels, Jason is excited to support children, youth, and families experiencing foster care while helping volunteers build consistent and meaningful relationships with those they serve. He is passionate about strengthening the Kansas City community and believes lasting change happens when people choose to show up for one another with compassion, consistency, and hope.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Payton, their daughter, Juniper, and their two dogs, Waylon and Nellie. Being a husband and father is one of his greatest joys, and he loves creating meaningful experiences and memories with his family.
